Local Environmental Awareness Fair
We had an amazing day at the Local Environmental Awareness Fair (L.E.A.F.)! Over 300 people joined us at the Boston Town Park Lions Shelter on Saturday, September 13th to visit with 17 incredible local organizations. Families and friends dug for fossils, visited with llamas, learned about local wildlife and tree identification, practiced casting, explored telescopes, checked out books from the BookMobile, and discovered numerous ways to connect with and care for our environment! We want to extend a huge thank you to all of the organizations that spent their Saturday with us and to the members of the Town of Boston CAC and Friends of the CAC for making it possible! If you'd like to help our Town put on more events like this, reach out to [email protected] .
